Scheduling and Payment

  • Payments must be made before the start of the course by payment to the business bank account, which will be indicated on the invoice.
  • The days and times of classes are agreed upon before the start of the course or each week for the following week.

Conditions for canceling agreed class times

  • If the teacher cancels an agreed class time, the lesson will not be charged.
  • If the student cancels a class at least 24 hours before the agreed time, the lesson will not be charged.
  • If the student cancels a class less than 24 hours before the agreed time, the lesson will be charged.
  • If the student pays for a package of several lessons and decides to cancel the continuation of the course before all class lessons have been completed, the remaining lessons will be charged, i.e., no refund will be issued.

Other conditions

  • For group courses that include working with textbooks, students purchase them according to the teacher's recommendation.
  • The teacher will provide students with all necessary additional teaching materials completely free of charge. These teaching materials represent a business secret, and their distribution to unauthorized persons in any way is prohibited.
  • Recording of a class by the student without the permission of the course leader is strictly prohibited.
  • The teacher may record a class for their own needs, for the purpose of controlling and improving the quality of the service provided, but these recordings will not be made public or shared with third parties.
